Welcome to Aviana Resort, an oasis of swaying palms on US17-92, approximately 6 miles south of the Champions Gate I-4 exit.
From Orlando MCO Airport, take I-4 west to exit 58 (Reunion/Champions Gate exit), make a left turn. Go straight down a few miles, cross Hwy 54 and continue to the end of the road at which you will make a right turn onto 17/92. Aviana is a couple of miles down on the right. Turn into Hart Road for the entrance to Aviana Resort.
At the Gated Entrance to the Resort, you would need an access code to gain entrance for your safety and the safety of other residents of the community.

There is an outdoor Play area for children and a sand volley ball court.

Free wireless enabled Internet access with printing facilities, a communual gathering room with cable TV and coffee facilities. There is a helpful staff in the reception area at hand to assist you with any enquiries and or requirement you may have.
